Do I need to prepare documents before contacting you?
Not at this stage. A brief description of the situation is enough to start. We will let you know if and what documentation would be helpful.

The fee is agreed before any work begins, based on the scope of the matter. There are no hourly surprises — the price is set in writing at the outset.
Can you assist with matters outside Hiroshima?
Some matters can be handled remotely. Others may require in-person involvement depending on their nature. We will clarify this when we respond to your enquiry.
