• Payment: Fees agreed in the engagement letter are due by the date specified therein. Late payment may result in suspension of work on the matter.

• Website content: The content of this website is provided for informational purposes only. Yuzuriha makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information presented.
• Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yuzuriha's total liability in connection with any matter — whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
• Consequential loss: Yuzuriha will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss arising from reliance on this website or from the provision of services, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
• Force majeure: Yuzuriha will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil disturbances, infrastructure failures or changes in law.

• Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or with a Yuzuriha engagement will be governed by Japanese law.
• Dispute resolution: Where a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If that is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the courts of Hiroshima.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Modifications: Yuzuriha reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after any revision constitutes acceptance.
